Mother Salette Festival sings the glory of the rich Christian traditions and culture in Kodaikanal. This particular festival is celebrated with proper gaiety at the Mother Salette church. According to the records, the church happens to be 133 years of age. The festival takes place in shape of an interesting carnival. It happens every year ( 14th August and 15th August). With the Mother Salette Festival the nine day long series of festivities come to a conclusion.
